Official Green County criminal records must be requested from the agency that keeps them. Court filings go to the Clerk of Circuit Court, while sheriff incident, arrest, booking, and jail material stays with the Office of the Sheriff. Wisconsin DOJ handles statewide criminal-history responses. The contacts below route each request to its proper custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve or correct official files, conduct an official check, or accept a Wisconsin expungement filing. Contact the record custodian directly.
